🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Vaibhav Fashions
At Vaibhav Fashions, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer return and exchange support under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- They are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels and packaging are intact
- The request is made within 2 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Inner wear
- Nightwear
- Accessories
- Items purchased under clearance / sale / offer / discount
- Damaged or used products
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged, wrong product, or missing items:
- Record a full unboxing video without cuts from package opening to product check
- Send the video to customer support within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without unboxing video proof cannot be accepted.
4. Return / Exchange Process
Once approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partner or you may be asked to send it to our store. Product inspection will be done before approval.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- Replacement is not available
- The product qualifies after inspection
Refund will be issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refund will be in the form of store credit / voucher only.
6. Exchange
Customers may request exchange for size or product change if stock is available. Additional charges may apply depending on price differences.
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
8. Cancelation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled.
