1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Duration
Delivery timelines vary based on location:
- Within City / Local Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Within State: 3–5 business days
- Other States: 5–7 business days
Delivery time may extend due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on delivery location and product weight. Free shipping may be applicable during special offers.
4. Tracking Information
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you through SMS/WhatsApp or email so you can track your delivery in real time.
5. Incorrect Address
Vaibhav Fashions is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please record a video at the time of opening and contact us immediately. Claims without unboxing video proof cannot be accepted.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make 1–2 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to the warehouse and re-shipping charges will apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Only domestic delivery within India is available.
